The Associated Builders and Contractors of New Hampshire and Vermont (ABC NH/VT) announced today their endorsement of Governor Chris Sununu in his bid for re-election for governor. The endorsement was announced at the North Branch Construction job site Red Oak at 409 Elm Street in Manchester, NH, a project to bring more housing to the city.

“ABC NH/VT is proud to endorse Governor Chris Sununu for re-election today. Governor Sununu’s pro-free enterprise, pro-growth leadership has made New Hampshire’s economy the envy of our country,” said Joshua Reap, CEO & President of ABC NH/VT. “Recognizing that the construction industry workforce in New Hampshire is more than 90% non-union, our trade association of more than 260 businesses is grateful for the Governor’s support of merit shops. On Governor Sununu’s watch, the Granite State is open for business and his thoughtful, enthusiastic leadership has positioned New Hampshire as the best place to live, work and do business in the country.  Our men and women are proud to stand with him today.”

“As a longtime business owner and ABC member, I know first-hand about how Governor Sununu’s leadership benefits New Hampshire and ensures our present and future prosperity,” said Hollie Noveletsky, CEO of Novel Iron Works. “He has reduced our taxes. He has streamlined our regulations. He has balanced our budgets. He has introduced a paid family leave program without raising taxes. He has made the New Hampshire government work for the taxpayers and he has our state firing on all cylinders. Governor Sununu has more than earned our full support and we look forward to another two years of his strong leadership in Concord.”
